Inspection Against Your Drawing
The drawing you send is the standard the parts are measured against. An inspection report is issued with the shipment rather than on request.
Packing And Shipping
We follow standard packaging protocols to protect your products during transit and provide photographic documentation of the packing and shipping process for your reference. In the event of transportation damage caused by non-human factors, we promptly arrange a free replacement shipment to ensure your order is not affected.
Process Control
From raw material preparation, forming, surface grinding, internal and external diameter grinding, to precision CNC machining, all processes are carried out in-house under strict quality control. Over a quarter of our people have more than ten years of experience in ceramic manufacture.
On certification. We publish what we can evidence. If your procurement process needs a specific certificate or test report, ask us directly and we will tell you what we hold rather than putting a badge on a web page.
