What This Model Is For
The FT0390 is a WiFi-connected weather station with a large screen and integrated outdoor sensor, designed for brands needing a complete, own-label solution without building an RF or firmware team. It measures indoor and outdoor temperature, humidity, wind speed and direction, barometric pressure, rainfall, UV, CO2 levels, and provides weather forecasts, all synced via 2.4GHz WiFi to cloud platforms like wunderground and WeatherCloud. The console runs on solar assist, reducing battery drain during daylight hours. It supports manual calibration and offers two color options for branding.
- All-in-one console with integrated outdoor sensor eliminates separate sensor wiring and mounting
- WiFi 2.4GHz connectivity enables real-time data upload to wunderground and WeatherCloud
- Solar panel acts as auxiliary power, extending battery life without charging
- Large screen displays 21 data points including CO2, UV, wind, pressure, and forecast
- Manual calibration for temperature, humidity, pressure, wind, rainfall, and sunlight

Where It Is Used
- Consumer electronics brands launching an own-label weather station with cloud data sharing
- Distributors in Europe and North America needing a complete weather station with CO2 and forecast
- Horticultural and agricultural suppliers bundling weather data with irrigation or greenhouse controls
- Building services and HVAC integrators using real-time indoor and outdoor data for system tuning
- Marine and leisure equipment brands offering weather monitoring on docks, pools, or boats
- Cold chain and logistics sites tracking temperature, humidity, and pressure across storage zones
Who It Is For
- Consumer electronics brands wanting a full weather station with cloud sync and own-label branding
- Distributors replacing a weather station that failed after one winter due to poor battery life
- Agricultural integrators needing CO2 and UV data for crop monitoring
- HVAC and building management teams requiring real-time indoor-outdoor comparisons
- Retail chains offering smart home displays with forecast and environmental alerts
Problems It Solves
- Brands without an RF team cannot launch a wireless weather station without a supplier who handles the full stack
- Sensors that fail after one season due to poor battery management or lack of ageing testing
- Cloud data sharing that requires custom firmware or API access, which is not available with off-the-shelf units
- Large screen displays that are hard to read in bright sunlight or low light
- Lack of CO2 and UV monitoring in standard weather stations, limiting use in smart homes and greenhouses
Technical Features
- Large screen console with 21 data points including CO2, UV, wind, pressure, and forecast
- Integrated outdoor sensor with low power indicator and wireless data transmission
- WiFi 2.4GHz connection to sync data to wunderground and WeatherCloud
- Manual calibration for indoor/outdoor temperature, humidity, pressure, wind speed, rainfall, and sunlight
- Solar panel as auxiliary power supply, not a battery charger
- Supports two alarm levels for temperature, humidity, pressure, wind, rainfall, and CO2
- Displays wind speed in m/s, km/h, mph, knots, bft, or ft/s with 2-minute and 10-minute averages
- Barometric pressure in mmHg, inHg, or hPa with absolute or relative mode
- Rainfall data in mm or inches with 24-hour, weekly, monthly, and total accumulation
- UV and sunlight index in W/m², fc, or lux with high alarm
- Weather forecast: Sunny, partly cloudy, Cloudy, Rainy, and Moon Phase

Materials and Construction
- Moulded plastic housing for the console and outdoor sensor
- Integrated solar panel on the console body
- Weather sealed battery compartment sized for the cells used in the product
How It Is Made
Console and sensor sub-assemblies are populated and soldered on our own assembly line
Outdoor sensor is tested for wireless transmission and power draw before final assembly
Housings are sealed and checked on rainfall and waterproof test equipment
Every unit is ageing tested before it leaves the factory
Quality Control
- Rainfall and waterproof testing on the assembled outdoor sensor
- Constant temperature and humidity chamber runs covering the -40 to +60 degrees C range
- Vibration testing to simulate transport and mast mounting stress
- Smog ageing to check housing and seal integrity over time
- Final ageing test on every unit before packing
Customisation Options
- Own-label printing and retail packaging
- Console color selection from two available options
- Manual and quick start guide in the destination language
- Alternative battery and solar configurations on request
- Console pairing to a customer's existing UCTECH-protocol display if needed
Compared With the Alternatives
vs Separate console and outdoor sensor with 433MHz RF
No cable run needed, but 433MHz range is limited to 100m; WiFi covers larger sites but requires a 2.4GHz router
vs Wired weather station with sensor cable
No battery changes, but trenching or routing cable is required and limits placement flexibility
vs LoRa-based weather station
LoRa offers longer range and better penetration, but requires a gateway and is more complex to integrate
Use Guide
- Mount the console in a location with stable 2.4GHz WiFi coverage
- Place the integrated outdoor sensor clear of obstructions, ideally 2m above ground
- Align the direction marking on the sensor to true north before securing
- Fit the battery and ensure the solar panel is exposed to daylight
- Pair the console with your WiFi router and test the cloud upload to wunderground or WeatherCloud
- Calibrate temperature, humidity, and pressure manually if needed for local accuracy
- Check the outdoor sensor's low power indicator monthly and replace batteries as needed
FT0390 WIFI Large Screen Professional Weather Station with CO2 Questions
What is the real range between the console and the outdoor sensor
The sensor is integrated into the console, so no range applies. The console connects via WiFi to your router.
How often does it update the data
Data is updated in real time via WiFi, with new readings pushed to the cloud every few seconds.
Does the solar panel charge the batteries
No. The solar panel supplies power during daylight and reduces battery drain, but it does not charge the cells.
Can it work with a console we already sell
If that console is on the UCTECH WiFi protocol, yes. Send us the model and we will confirm before you order.
What is the lead time and minimum order
Tell us the quantity and target ship date and we will confirm both by email. Lead time depends on whether own-label printing and packaging are involved.
Which certifications does it carry
TBC. Ask us for the current certificate set for your destination market before you place the order.
