The work between picking a weather station and putting it on a shelf is mostly not electronics. It is deciding which radio the product needs, agreeing artwork, getting the manual into the right language and proving the housing survives a winter. This is how we run that with a brand, step by step, from the first sample to the packed carton.
How It Runs Step by Step
Requirement and Platform
We start from the buyer, not the bill of materials. Which market, which price point, does the console need to reach a phone, and how far does the outdoor sensor sit from it. That answers the platform question: 433MHz RF for a single property at an entry price, Wi-Fi where the data has to leave the house, LoRa where the sensor is well beyond RF range.
Model Selection
Around 90 models are already in production, so most programmes start from an existing platform rather than a new design. We shortlist against your feature list: wind, rain, UV, CO2, PM2.5, channel count, display size and whether a remote control is wanted.
Sampling
Samples ship from the standard range first so the buying team can hold the product and read the screen. Own-label artwork comes after the platform is signed off, not before.
Own-Label and Packaging
Console and sensor printing, retail box artwork, quick start guide and full manual in the destination language. Send us your artwork files and the markets you ship to.
Production
Units are built on our own welding, assembly and packaging lines across the Shenzhen plant and the Huizhou base that opened in 2021.
Test and Ageing
Rainfall and waterproof testing on outdoor parts, constant temperature and humidity chamber runs, smog ageing and vibration testing. Every unit goes through a final ageing test before it is packed.
Packing and Shipment
Retail cartons, master cartons and documentation prepared for your destination. Tell us the port and the target ship date and we confirm the schedule in writing.
After Sale
Spare sensors and consoles from the same range, so a warranty replacement does not mean re-pairing a whole system. Email [email protected] with the model and the fault.

Do you design new products or only supply the existing range
Most programmes start from an existing platform because it is faster and already tested. Tell us what is missing from the range and we will tell you honestly whether it is a configuration change or a new development.
What is the minimum order quantity
It depends on the model and how much own-label work is involved. Email [email protected] with your quantity for a written answer.
How long does an own-label programme take
Lead time depends on artwork sign-off, manual translation and quantity. We confirm dates in writing once the platform and packaging are agreed.
Which certifications do you hold
TBC. Radio approvals differ by market, so request the current certificate set for your destination before you set a launch date.
Can we start with sensors only
Yes. Many brands add a wind head or a rain gauge to a console they already sell. Send us the console model and we will confirm pairing first.
