What This Model Is For
The FT0361 WiFi Weather Station is a complete indoor console and integrated outdoor sensor system that measures temperature, humidity, wind, rain, barometric pressure, UV, and sunlight levels. It connects to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network and uploads real-time data to weather services like Weather Underground and WeatherCloud. The outdoor sensor transmits every 16 seconds over a 433MHz link, with a range of 100m in open air and around 30m through typical obstructions. It is designed for brands that need a full weather station with app connectivity and cloud reporting without building a custom RF or firmware stack.
- Integrated outdoor sensor with 433MHz transmission, eliminating the need for a separate RF module or gateway
- Real-time data upload to Weather Underground and WeatherCloud via 2.4GHz Wi-Fi
- 16 second transmission interval ensures gusts and rapid changes are captured, not averaged
- Solar panel provides auxiliary power, extending battery life without charging the cells
- All sensor data is manually calibratable, allowing for site-specific adjustments
Where It Is Used
- Consumer electronics brands launching an own-label weather station with cloud data sharing
- Distributors in Europe and North America needing a complete weather station with Wi-Fi and app support
- Agricultural suppliers bundling weather data with irrigation or greenhouse control systems
- Building services integrators adding environmental monitoring to HVAC or cold chain systems
- Marine and leisure equipment brands offering weather data on docks, pools, or cabins
Who It Is For
- Brands that need a full weather station but lack an in-house RF or firmware team
- Sourcing teams replacing a sensor that failed after one season due to poor ageing performance
- Integrators who need a Wi-Fi connected station with cloud reporting and no site cabling
- Projects requiring a single supplier for console, outdoor sensor, and app integration
Problems It Solves
- Weather stations that require a separate gateway or hub to connect to Wi-Fi
- Sensors that fail after one winter due to poor vibration, humidity, or smog ageing
- Data that is delayed or averaged, missing real-time changes in wind, rain, or pressure
- Systems that cannot upload to cloud platforms like Weather Underground without custom coding
- Brands that must source the console, sensor, and app from different suppliers
Technical Features
- Integrated outdoor sensor with temperature, humidity, wind, rain, barometric pressure, UV, and sunlight sensing
- 433MHz one-way transmission every 16 seconds from the outdoor sensor to the console
- 2.4GHz Wi-Fi connection for real-time data upload to Weather Underground and WeatherCloud
- Solar panel provides auxiliary power to reduce battery drain during daylight hours
- Manual calibration available for indoor/outdoor temperature, humidity, pressure, wind, rainfall, and sunlight
- Supports both 12-hour and 24-hour time formats with internet time sync
- Displays weather forecast, moon phase, and multiple alarm types including Hi/Lo for all sensors
- Wall mounting or desk freestanding design for flexible placement

Materials and Construction
- Moulded plastic housing for the outdoor sensor
- Integrated solar panel on the outdoor sensor body
- Weather sealed battery compartment sized for 4 x AAA cells
How It Is Made
Outdoor sensor sub-assemblies are populated and soldered on our own assembly line
Housings are sealed and checked on rainfall and waterproof test equipment
Every unit is ageing tested before it leaves the factory
Quality Control
- Rainfall and waterproof testing on the assembled outdoor sensor
- Constant temperature and humidity chamber runs covering the -40 to +60 degrees C range
- Vibration testing to reproduce mast and transport loading
- Smog ageing to check the housing and seals
- Final ageing test on every unit before packing
Customisation Options
- Own-label printing and retail packaging
- Console pairing to a customer's existing UCTECH-protocol display
- Alternative battery and solar configurations on request
- Manual and quick start guide in the destination language
Compared With the Alternatives
vs Separate console and outdoor sensor with a 433MHz link
The FT0361 integrates the sensor and console, reducing the number of parts and eliminating the need for a separate RF module
vs Wired weather stations with 433MHz RF
No cable run required, but the 433MHz link has a 100m range ceiling in open air
vs LoRa-based weather stations
433MHz is simpler and cheaper for a single property; LoRa is better for long-range or multi-sensor deployments across a site
Use Guide
- Mount the outdoor sensor clear of walls and roof edges, ideally 2m above the nearest obstruction
- Align the direction marking to true north before tightening the mast clamp
- Fit 4 x AAA lithium cells for sites that drop below freezing
- Pair the sensor with the console before mounting it on the mast
- Check the sensor housing and clear debris at the start of each season
FT0361 WiFi Weather Station Questions
What is the real range between the outdoor sensor and the console
100m in open air. Through walls, foliage, and a roof, plan for around 30m, which covers a typical house and garden.
How often does the sensor update
Every 16 seconds, which is short enough that gusts and rapid changes show up rather than being averaged out.
Does the solar panel charge the batteries
No. The panel supplies the sensor during daylight and the AAA cells carry it through the night and dull weather, so cell life is much longer than a battery-only sensor.
Can it work with a console we already sell
If that console is on the UCTECH 433MHz protocol, yes. Send us the model and we will confirm before you order.
What is the lead time and minimum order
Tell us the quantity and target ship date and we will confirm both by email. Lead time depends on whether own-label printing and packaging are involved.
Which certifications does it carry
TBC. Ask us for the current certificate set for your destination market before you place the order.
