Working With Us
What does a solution page cover?
Each one follows a real process we run: design, prototyping, material selection, production, quality check, packing, logistics and after sales, with the published numbers at each stage.
Do you charge for design and structural work?
Structural design service is free. Physical samples are charged where a printed sample with an insert tray is required, and normally refunded on orders above 10,000 pieces.
Who is my contact during the project?
One to one responsive customer service. One person follows the project from designing and sampling through production, delivery and after sales.
Can you handle shipping?
Yes. Ocean shipping, air transportation, express and land transportation are all available, shipping from Guangzhou, Shenzhen or Hong Kong depending on the line.
