Yuanhuang Pear

The Yuanhuang Pear is a large fruit, averaging 200 g to 300 g, with the largest reaching 800 g. The shape is oblate and the surface is smooth and even, with small sparse lenticels and no water rust or black spot. When ripe it turns golden yellow and the flesh is a translucent pure white. Soluble solids content is 12.5% to 14.8%. The texture is fine and juicy, crisp and sweet, with a distinctive aroma and top-grade quality.
