Ya Pear

The Ya Pear has pale skin with light speckles, a smooth surface and a visibly juicy look. It starts out yellow-green. Its main characteristics are a medium to large fruit — typically 175 g per fruit, up to 400 g at the largest — with thin skin and a small core, plenty of juice, extremely few stone cells, a balanced sweet-and-tart taste and a long, clean fragrance. It is crisp without being cloying, and has long been known as “natural nectar”.
