Xueli (Snow) Pear

The Xueli or Snow Pear is round to oblate, uneven at both the apex and the base. The fruit is medium to large, averaging 300–400 g, with the largest reaching 750–975 g. The surface is yellow-white, the stalk is fairly short, the skin is thin, the star-shaped dots are small and the russet patches are large and dense. The flesh is milky white, crisp and juicy with a richly sweet taste and superior quality. Soluble solids content is 12.8–13.5% and the edible ratio is high.
