Product Overview
PRUITING® metallic substrate, is using 0.06mm, 0.05mm or thinner steel foil in the series of products, this leads to a further reduction in the exhaust gas counter pressure which improves the engine performance and decrease the fuel consumption.
Current product offer covers from 0.5" to 39.50" in diameter as a single catalyst for 3-way, DOC and other industrial applications, which would be perfect solution for gasoline or diesel engines displacement from 0.1 to 200 liters.
The main feature of our metallic substrate as follows:
- Material SUS304, SUS441 or as customer requirement
- Density: can be from 100CPSI to 1000CPSI.
- Meet the emission legislation for the Euro III, small engine: EPA CARB & E-mark, diesel engine: Euro VI.
- Specification: can be designed as customer needed. Especially, we have large specification metallic substrate for the diesel engine truck which can meet the emission standard of Euro VI.
- We have our advantage product of double SS foil metallic substrate:
Faster conduction heat (disparate the heat faster, the foil is not easy to melted). Higher vacuum intention the foil material will be brazed much faster which will not loosen when the metallic substrate is used. The double S have much better purification efficiency.
