Is it suitable for carpet?
No. It is designed for hard floor surfaces only, such as hardwood, tile, concrete, laminate and linoleum.
Why does the mat have creases when it arrives?
It ships rolled. Iron at low temperature, or press it under a heavy object for a while, and it recovers flat completely.
Can we print a team logo across the whole mat?
Yes. The full surface takes printed artwork and artwork preparation is free.
What is the backing?
TPE, non-woven cloth or rubber, selected for the floor the mat will sit on.
Will the chair skid on it?
The surface texture is specified to let casters move easily while keeping enough grip for controlled rolling.
