Before You Message Us
Is there a requirement of minimum order quantity?
No, small quantity is acceptable. Printed nylon logo mats and motorcycle pit mats run from one piece; printed counter mats, bath mats and area rugs carry a per-design minimum, which we state per product.
Can I get a sample for free?
Yes. We provide 1 pc sample in our existing designs within 20x30cm free of charge, with freight collect. For a sample in your own design, the sample cost depends on the size.
How can I get a quote?
Our products are all customised and prices vary with size and quantity. Send the item, size and quantity you need and we calculate the cost and provide a comprehensive quotation sheet.
Can the mats be exactly the same as my design?
Printing onto a fibre surface is not the same as printing on paper. Fibres absorb dyes differently, so colours and design are matched as closely as possible. Avoid combinations of very similar colours with little contrast.
Do I need to pay an art fee for a custom design?
No, the art fee is free. You can supply your own design in JPG, AI or PDF, noting that letters have to be at least 4 cm to be readable on the mat. Or send a logo and our designer produces the artwork for your approval before production.
How do I find a freight forwarder?
Shenzhen FunHoming has extensive experience in direct exporting to major cities. We offer our own freight forwarder services and select one that provides good service and competitive pricing for your address. We are also open to using a forwarder of your choice.
What are your lead times?
On our nylon logo mats, 7 to 10 days for a sample and 20 to 30 days for mass production. Lead times on other constructions are confirmed with your quotation.
