Every Stage and What Can Go Wrong In It
Each stage below names the problem buyers actually hit, then what we do about it.

Free Existing Sample
The problem: You need to feel the pile and the backing before specifying anything.
How we handle it: 1 pc from our existing designs within 20x30cm is supplied free of charge, freight collect.

Custom Sample
The problem: Your own artwork behaves differently from a stock design.
How we handle it: A sample in your own design is charged by size, with no art fee on the artwork itself, and runs in 7 to 10 days.

Single Piece Orders
The problem: Most mat factories will not run a one-off, which blocks a pilot site or a single team.
How we handle it: Printed nylon logo mats and motorcycle pit mats run from MOQ 1 piece, with size and colour still customised.

Design-Level Minimums
The problem: Printed rugs and counter mats carry higher minimums than logo mats, and buyers get quoted the wrong number.
How we handle it: We state the minimum per product family up front: 300 pcs per design on counter mats and bath mats, 500 pcs on moulded PVC pads, 300sqm per design on printed area rugs, 1 pc on nylon logo and pit mats.

Scaling Up
The problem: A design proven at one site has to reproduce identically at fifty.
How we handle it: The approved artwork stays on file, so a repeat order reproduces the same design without a new proof cycle.
