Blank Specification
The problem: Blanks that bleed ink destroy fine detail and waste a press cycle.
How we handle it: The pile is a non-woven polyester sublimation fabric specified as easy to dye and hard to bleed, so colour separation holds.

Backing Choice
The problem: A blank that curls in a doorway generates returns no matter how good the print is.
How we handle it: Nitrile rubber bottom specified as not easy to curl, with strong toughness, no odour and excellent water resistance. A nail bottom option increases anti-skid.

Sizes And Shapes
The problem: Fixed rectangular blanks limit what a print shop can offer.
How we handle it: 1.5mm and 2mm thicknesses cut easily, so blanks become diamond, heart, round or any other outline, at 60x40cm, 75x50cm, 90x60cm or a custom size.
