Shenzhen FunHoming Co., Ltd.
Founded in 2014 to supply customers with custom doormats, tufted carpet, area rugs, packaging accessories and home and office products. Our mats are used in homes, schools, hotels, offices, stores and public areas.
What We Do
Custom-printed mats and rugs: entrance logo mats, motorcycle and garage pit mats, office and gaming chair mats, kids rugs, counter and bar mats, anti fatigue mats and hand-tufted carpets.
Who We Work With
Brands, dealers, promotional distributors, hospitality groups and retailers who need their own artwork on a floor product, in quantities from a single piece.
The Problem We Set Out To Solve
Most mat factories start at container quantities and charge for artwork. We run logo entrance mats and pit mats from 1 piece, prepare the artwork free, and send a proof for your approval before anything is printed.
How We Work
We believe in partnership and control the supply chain so customers get the product they specified, at a competitive price, on the date they were given. Artwork is prepared free and sent for approval before production. A proof is never skipped.
Exporting
We have extensive experience in direct exporting to major cities. We offer our own freight forwarder services and select one that gives good service and competitive pricing for your address, and we are equally happy to work with a forwarder you nominate.
What We Do Not Claim
We have not published factory floor area, headcount, annual capacity or third-party certifications on this site, because we will only state figures we can evidence. If your procurement process needs any of those, ask us directly and we will answer with documents rather than marketing copy.
Figures From Our Own Specifications
Each of these comes from a published product specification on this site.
Sectors We Supply
Hotels and Hospitality
Hotels, restaurants and bars need floor products that carry the brand at the door and survive a cleaning schedule that runs every day.
Motorcycle and Powersports
Dealers, race teams and aftermarket brands use pit mats as working equipment and as brand space, often at the same time.
Retail and Promotional
Campaign artwork changes faster than most production minimums allow. These products are built so branding can change per branch, per season or per campaign.
Office and Workspace
Floor protection under chairs and comfort matting under standing workers, specified separately for hard floors and for carpet.
Salon and Barbershop
Station pads and standing mats for spaces where staff are on their feet all day and the counter takes product, water and metal tools.
Education and Early Years
Classroom and nursery rugs that carry teaching content and survive being sat on, jumped on and cleaned every week.
About Working With Us
Is there a requirement of minimum order quantity?
No, small quantity is acceptable. Printed nylon logo mats and motorcycle pit mats run from one piece; printed counter mats, bath mats and area rugs carry a per-design minimum, which we state per product.
Can I get a sample for free?
Yes. We provide 1 pc sample in our existing designs within 20x30cm free of charge, with freight collect. For a sample in your own design, the sample cost depends on the size.
How can I get a quote?
Our products are all customised and prices vary with size and quantity. Send the item, size and quantity you need and we calculate the cost and provide a comprehensive quotation sheet.
Can the mats be exactly the same as my design?
Printing onto a fibre surface is not the same as printing on paper. Fibres absorb dyes differently, so colours and design are matched as closely as possible. Avoid combinations of very similar colours with little contrast.
Do I need to pay an art fee for a custom design?
No, the art fee is free. You can supply your own design in JPG, AI or PDF, noting that letters have to be at least 4 cm to be readable on the mat. Or send a logo and our designer produces the artwork for your approval before production.
Talk To Us About Your Range
Whether it is one mat for one entrance or a design rolled out across a network, the conversation starts the same way.
