Can this mat be used on carpet?
No. It is designed for hard floor surfaces such as hardwood, tile, concrete, laminate and linoleum, and is not recommended for carpet. For carpet, use the studded PVC chair mat.
It arrived with creases. Is that a fault?
No. It is rolled in the package for delivery, so slight creases are normal at first use. Iron at low temperature or press it with a heavy object and it recovers flat.
What sizes do you make?
116x116cm and 120x180cm are the popular sizes, and custom sizes are made to order.
Can it be round instead of rectangular?
Yes. Rectangle, round and custom shapes are all produced.
