Product Overview
CNC PCB Router. The six head PCB routing machine targets volume output. Three independent Z axes carry six spindles so the machine keeps cutting while individual stations index.
Where the two and four head machines suit small batch and general production the R16 is specified when routing output rate is the constraint on the plant.

Use and Maintenance Guide
Before The Shift
Check appearance spindle and tool cassette tooling computer electric cabin lubricant oil cooling liquid air pipe tooling box and shelf. Run the spindle at low speed for at least ten minutes.
Every Week
Cut the power first. Clean inside and outside lubricate the worktable clean and lubricate the collet and sort the computer cables. About one hour on the night shift.
Every Month
Add guide rail cover removal cleaning and lubrication the limit switch check and the electric cabin fan filter. About one and a half hours with repair staff present.
When Accuracy Drifts
Work the four factors in order. Equipment condition then technics parameters then tool status then operator method.

Why does the R16 have three Z axes
Six spindles are arranged in three groups each with its own Z axis. Grouping the Z motion is what allows the machine to hold the output rate on volume work.
What table sizes are available
The base R16 processes 580mm by 730mm. The R16KL and R16KKL builds shown on this page carry 630mm by 830mm and 650mm by 830mm tables.
Is the accuracy lower than a two head machine
No. Positioning accuracy repeatability and routing accuracy are the same across R12 R14 and R16.
What compressed air supply is needed
0.7-0.8MPa the same as the other routing models together with cooling water held between 18℃ and 25℃.
