Product Overview
DLCNC aims to provide customers with a total solution that embodies professional cutting edge and timely service. The circuit board manufacturing routing machine was independently developed by DLCNC in China.
The R12 carries two routing spindles driven from one Z axis. Routing does not need the very high spindle speed that drilling requires so one motor serving both spindles keeps the machine cost effective while the granite class base and imported linear motion parts keep the cut quality repeatable.

Use and Maintenance Guide
Before The Shift
Check appearance spindle and tool cassette tooling computer electric cabin lubricant oil cooling liquid air pipe tooling box and shelf. Run the spindle at low speed for at least ten minutes.
Every Week
Cut the power first. Clean inside and outside lubricate the worktable clean and lubricate the collet and sort the computer cables. About one hour on the night shift.
Every Month
Add guide rail cover removal cleaning and lubrication the limit switch check and the electric cabin fan filter. About one and a half hours with repair staff present.
When Accuracy Drifts
Work the four factors in order. Equipment condition then technics parameters then tool status then operator method.

What board size can the R12 process
The processing area of each axis is 680mm by 730mm and the XYZ movement area is 700mm by 825mm by 55mm. A wider or longer table can be supplied as a customized model.
What is the difference between R12 R12K and R12KT
They are the three build variants of the two head series. Tell us the table size the tool count and whether you need depth control and we confirm which variant fits.
Can this machine drill as well as route
The routing diameter range is φ0.6mm to φ6.35mm and the drilling diameter range is φ0.5mm to φ6.35mm. For high precision drilling combined with routing look at the DR series instead.
What utilities does the machine need
3PH-AC380V+PE 50/60Hz 4KVA power compressed air at 0.7-0.8MPa and cooling water held between 18℃ and 25℃.
