How many spindles should I choose
Choose by batch size. Two heads suit small batch boards. Four heads suit general production. Six heads target volume output and raise the output rate. All three share the same accuracy class.
Can the work table be enlarged
Yes. The work table can be made wider and longer as a customized model example. Tell us the panel format you run and we quote the table size against it.
What is the routing accuracy
Routing accuracy is ±0.05mm with positioning accuracy ±0.01mm and repeatability accuracy ±0.005mm on the R12 R14 and R16 series.
Is auto pin insert available
Yes. DLCNC unveiled the routing machine with auto pin insert function and received the patent in November 2019. It removes the manual pin insert step and reduces operator work intensity.
