Product Overview

What This Model Is For

The FT0310 Lora WiFi Weather Station is a complete indoor console and integrated outdoor sensor system that measures temperature, humidity, wind, rain, barometric pressure, UV, and sunlight, then transmits data over 433MHz, 868MHz, or 915MHz LoRa and 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. It syncs time via internet, uploads real-time data to Wunderground and WeatherCloud, and runs on solar-assisted batteries. The outdoor sensor sends readings every 16 seconds with a 1500m open-air range, making it suitable for large gardens, farms, and industrial sites where 433MHz links fail. The console supports wall mounting or desk use and includes a three-level adjustable backlight.

  • LoRa and Wi-Fi dual transmission for long-range and cloud connectivity without a gateway
  • 1500m open-air range on 433MHz/868MHz/915MHz, covering large properties and industrial sites
  • Solar-assisted outdoor sensor keeps AA batteries in reserve, extending life in sunny conditions
  • Real-time data upload to Wunderground and WeatherCloud for public weather networks
  • Integrated sensor with shared protocol allows easy expansion from temperature-only to full weather monitoring

Application Scenarios

Where It Is Used

  • Large vineyards and orchards where a single console must cover multiple sensor points across a site
  • Industrial tank farms and cold chain facilities needing long-range wireless monitoring without cabling
  • Rural homes and retreats with poor Wi-Fi coverage but strong LoRa signal from the console
  • Educational and public weather displays that require data to be shared online via Wunderground
  • Agricultural integrators bundling weather data with irrigation or greenhouse control systems
Buyers

Who It Is For

  • Consumer electronics brands launching a weather station with cloud connectivity and long-range
  • Distributors replacing a 433MHz-only sensor that fails across a large garden or building
  • Agricultural suppliers needing a weather station that works beyond a single house
  • Integrators who need a battery-powered sensor with both LoRa and Wi-Fi for hybrid networks
  • Marine and pool equipment brands adding weather data to smart pool controllers
Pain Points

Problems It Solves

  • 433MHz links that drop out across a site due to distance or obstructions
  • Sensors that require a wired connection or gateway, increasing installation cost and complexity
  • Battery-only sensors that need frequent replacement in sunny or high-use environments
  • Weather stations that cannot upload data to public networks like Wunderground
  • Console systems that cannot scale from basic temperature to full weather monitoring without redesign

Build

Materials and Construction

  • Moulded plastic housing for the outdoor sensor
  • Integrated solar panel on the outdoor sensor body
  • Weather sealed battery compartment sized for 3 x AA cells
Manufacturing

How It Is Made

Step 01

Outdoor sensor sub-assemblies are populated and soldered on our own assembly line

Step 02

Sensors are calibrated and tested before final housing assembly

Step 03

Housings are sealed and checked on rainfall and waterproof test equipment

Step 04

Every unit is ageing tested before it leaves the factory

Testing

Quality Control

  • Rainfall and waterproof testing on the assembled outdoor sensor
  • Constant temperature and humidity chamber runs covering the -40 to +60 degrees C range
  • Vibration testing to simulate transport and mast mounting stress
  • Smog ageing to evaluate housing and seal durability
  • Final ageing test on every unit before packing
Own Label

Customisation Options

  • Own-label printing and retail packaging
  • Console pairing to a customer's existing UCTECH-protocol display
  • Alternative battery configurations on request
  • Manual and quick start guide in the destination language
Honest Comparison

Compared With the Alternatives

vs 433MHz-only sensor with no LoRa

LoRa extends range to 1500m in open air, suitable for large sites where 433MHz fails

vs Wired weather station

No trenching or cabling required, but at the cost of battery replacement and a 1500m range ceiling

vs Wi-Fi-only sensor

Wi-Fi has a 20m line-of-sight limit; LoRa covers long distances without a router

Installation

Use Guide

  • Mount the outdoor sensor clear of obstructions, ideally 2m above ground
  • Align the sensor direction marking to true north before securing the mast
  • Use 3 x AA lithium cells for sites that drop below freezing
  • Pair the sensor with the console before mounting it outdoors
  • Check the wind vane and rain collector for debris at the start of each season

FT0310 Lora WiFi Weather Station Questions

What is the real range between the sensor and the console

1500m in open air. Under most conditions, such as through walls or foliage, expect around 500m.

How often does it update

Every 16 seconds, which captures gusts and rainfall changes without averaging them out.

Does the solar panel charge the batteries

No. The solar panel supplies power during daylight and reduces battery drain, but the AA cells remain the primary power source.

Can it work with a console we already sell

If that console uses the UCTECH 433MHz/LoRa protocol, yes. Send us the model and we will confirm before you order.

What is the lead time and minimum order

Tell us the quantity and target ship date and we will confirm both by email. Lead time depends on whether own-label printing and packaging are involved.

Which certifications does it carry

TBC. Ask us for the current certificate set for your destination market before you place the order.
