Holding one colour across a large perforated panel order

Colour drift is the most common complaint on large coated facade orders, and it is a process problem rather than a paint problem. QIALUM controls it by approving a physical colour sample on the actual alloy and finish before production, running the order on a single coating batch wherever the quantity allows, and inspecting during spraying rather than only at the end. Panels are then packed by batch so that any variation stays within one area of the elevation.
