Single-skin aluminium veneer for curtain wall and exterior cladding
Solid aluminium panel, also called aluminium veneer, is a single sheet of aluminium folded into a cassette with returns and welded or riveted stiffeners on the back. It is the workhorse of the curtain wall trade: flat, dimensionally stable, and available in any coated colour.
Because the panel is one piece of metal rather than a bonded composite, it can be folded to sharp returns, cut to non-rectangular shapes and repaired on site. Thickness is chosen against panel size, wind load and the fixing system rather than sold as a single default.

- Common thicknesses of 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm and 3.0mm, heavier to order
- Alloys including AA1100, AA3003 and AA5052 depending on forming and strength needs
- PVDF, powder, wood grain, marble and metallic finishes
- Non-rectangular and shaped panels cut directly from the drawing
