Aluminium curved panels
Rolled and folded panels for columns, soffits and curved elevations
Curved panels are rolled to a radius after cutting and before coating, then folded to a cassette in the same way as a flat panel. Single curvature is routine; compound and conical shapes are produced from a developed flat pattern taken off the setting-out drawing.
Because the curve is formed in-house on the same floor as the cutting and coating, the radius, the return detail and the colour all stay under one quality system rather than being split across subcontractors.
