Aluminium hole punching sheet — QIALUM

Aluminium hole punching sheet

Mould-punched sheet for repeating, high-volume hole patterns

About this range

Hole punching sheet covers work produced on the mould punch presses rather than by CNC routing. Where a pattern repeats across a large area, punching through a mould is faster, holds the pitch more consistently and costs less per square metre than cutting each hole individually.

The eight punch presses carry roughly 120 hole moulds between them, which covers most standard round, square and slotted patterns. Where a project needs a pattern outside that library, the work moves to the CNC or laser range instead.

Key features

  • Roughly 120 hole moulds across eight punch presses
  • Consistent pitch and hole geometry across large runs
  • Lower cost per square metre than CNC cutting for repeating patterns
  • Round, square, slotted and hexagonal apertures as standard
  • Punched flat then folded, coated and assembled in the same plant

Typical applications

  • Large-area facade cladding with a repeating pattern
  • Ventilation and acoustic panel faces
  • Equipment housings and machine guards
  • Ceiling tiles with a standard perforation
  • Filter and diffuser plates

The values below are the ones the factory publishes for this range. Anything outside them is quoted against your drawing rather than assumed.
