Aluminium perforated panels

Perforated aluminium is the largest range QIALUM fabricates. A flat or folded aluminium panel is punched or CNC-cut with a hole pattern, then folded to a cassette and coated, so a single panel delivers shading, ventilation, privacy and the visual character of the elevation at the same time.

With around 120 hole moulds on eight punch presses, plus CNC routing and laser cutting for anything the moulds do not cover, the pattern follows your elevation rather than the other way round. Open area, hole size, pitch and graduated density are all set from your drawing.
