Ventilated enclosures that hide condensing units without choking them
An air conditioner cover has to do two things at once: hide the condensing unit from the street and let it breathe. QIALUM builds these as perforated or louvred aluminium boxes sized to the unit, with the open area set so the condenser still gets the airflow it needs.
Covers are coated in the same finishes as the facade panels, so a residential tower can carry hundreds of units behind a screen that reads as part of the elevation rather than as an afterthought.
