A factory built around one product category
The company was established in 2012 and has specialised since then in advertising plastic characters, three-dimensional luminous characters and the LED advertising light source modules that light them. Assembly, potting and packing under one roof
Modules are surface-mounted, wired, moulded with the optic in place and potted on the same floor. The process board the factory photographs its own line against runs patch, solder wire, testing, injection moulding, back glue and aging - six stages, each of which exists to prevent a specific field failure.
Tested under load and aged before packing
Finished modules are tested electrically under load rather than inspected visually, then run on the aging rack, because infant mortality in LED assemblies shows in the first hours rather than the first year. Colour binning is held to 3 SDCM on the models that publish a bin, so cartons shipped months apart still match on one fascia.
Packed to a published count
Modules are bagged in anti-static packaging and cartoned to the quantity printed on each product page - 1000 to 5000 pieces per carton depending on the model, with the carton weight and the 50 x 35 x 30 cm carton dimension published alongside it. The count on the box is the count on the order.
OEM and ODM work

Colour temperature, lead wire length, module pitch and packing quantity are selected per order from the published options rather than held as a single stock configuration.
