From Requirement Analysis to Final Delivery
Eight stages. Each one exists because a project has gone wrong at that point before.
Define the Gap
Start from what a catalogue machine cannot do. A panel that does not fit a cut that must not go through the board or an alignment reference that only exists on the board itself.
Table and Frame
The work table can be made wider and longer. Where the format goes beyond a bench machine the planer type gantry on a full granite mechanical frame is used instead.
Drive and Control
Imported AC servo with imported high precision ball screw and linear square rails or linear motor drive. The planer type machine runs the DLCNC self owned control system.
Function Options
Depth control CCD camera auto pin insert and tool cassette size adjusted per customer requirement including 66pcs for one spindle on the planer type machine.
Protection Package
Displacement restriction protection covering hardware and software overheat overload and overcurrent protection and automatic water recycling cooling with thermal monitoring.
Build and Test
The machine is assembled and run in testing. A recorded run of the machine in testing is available before shipment.
Documentation
Specification sheet operation and maintenance documents are handed over with the machine.
After Sales
Three domestic service stations plus overseas partners who take care of after sale service.

Do customized machines cost much more
The cost follows the change. Enlarging a table is a different order of change from moving to a planer type gantry frame. We quote both against your requirement.
Who owns the control system
The planer type machine runs a DLCNC self owned control system. On other models the control and operation system is selected with you.
Can I see the machine before it ships
A recorded run of the machine in testing is available. Customer visits to the Pengzhou factory are also regularly arranged.

Send the numbers you have to hit. Board format hole or slot geometry cycle time and the environment the machine will live in.
