Typical Application Scenarios
Small batch board routing
The two head R12 with a 680mm by 730mm table covers small batch work and can be supplied with a bigger table.
General production routing
The four head R14 cuts four boards per cycle on a 520mm by 650mm processing area.
Volume batch routing
The six head R16 runs three independent Z axes at 35m/min XY feed to lift the output rate.
Large or non standard formats
The LMR12 planer type machine is built on a full granite gantry frame for customized formats.

Choose the spindle count
Two four or six heads against your batch size and cycle time target.
Confirm the options
Table enlargement depth control CCD camera and auto pin insert are specified at this point.
Trial and delivery
The machine is run in testing before shipment and the recorded run is available on request.

What routing tolerance is achievable
Routing accuracy is ±0.05mm with positioning accuracy ±0.01mm and repeatability ±0.005mm across the R12 R14 and R16 series.
Why do routing machines use ball bearing spindles
Routing machines prefer ball bearing spindles for their torque. Drilling machines prefer air bearing spindles for the high speed that improves drilling precision.
Can I route without inserting pins by hand
Yes. The patented auto pin insert function removes the manual step. Most routing machine orders now specify it.
What routing diameters are supported
Routing diameter φ0.6mm to φ6.35mm and drilling diameter φ0.5mm to φ6.35mm on the routing series.
