The dosing head is selected against your own product sample, then proven on it during the factory acceptance test rather than assumed from a datasheet.
Stick packs, 3- and 4-side-seal sachets, doypacks, zipper pouches, spout pouches and pillow bags are all in range — which one you choose decides the frame, and the machines listed on this page are the ones we normally quote.
We ask for product and film samples during scheme design so the dosing and sealing are specified against the real material. The same samples are used again for the live runs and factory acceptance test before shipment.
Accuracy depends on the dosing principle and the product itself, so we quote it against your sample rather than publishing a single figure. Where the source specification gives a figure — auger and servo dosing for free-flow powders at ±1% — it is stated on the machine page.
