The BHP-280D sits in the BHP Premade Pouch Machine range, rated at 80-100 ppm, filling up to 600 ml, with a pouch width of 90-140 mm. It is aimed at brands with many SKUs and short runs, spout-pouch and shaped-pouch products, and anyone whose pouch design is already fixed with a converter.
When your artwork is complex, your pouch has a spout or a shaped die cut, or your volumes per SKU are small, forming the bag in-house costs more than it saves. A BHP line keeps the converted pouch and automates only the opening, dosing and sealing.
The BHP-280D uses two working stations to perform pouch picking, filling and sealing operations. This dual-station configuration allows two bags to be processed simultaneously within a single packaging cycle, thereby increasing production throughput while maintaining automated bag handling.
This machine is suitable for manufacturers that need a higher-output solution for pre-made pouch filling and sealing.
| Model | Pouch Width | Pouch Length | Filling Capacity | Packing Speed | Function |

Automatic Pick, Open, Fill and Seal

The filling system can be configured according to the characteristics and filling requirements of the product.
The BHP-280D utilizes a dual-stage bag-opening process—incorporating auxiliary air blowing and bag-opening detection—to ensure that pre-made bags are fully and correctly opened prior to filling. This helps reduce filling problems caused by incomplete pouch opening and supports more stable automatic operation.
The machine uses heat sealing followed by cooling sealing. The first sealing step creates the pouch seal, while the cooling stage helps stabilize the sealed area. Sealing temperature and machine parameters can be adjusted according to pouch material and production requirements.

The standard packaging speed is 80–100 ppm, depending on the product, pouch size, filling system and production conditions.
Pouch opening detection and assisted air blowing help confirm and improve pouch opening before filling.
The BHP-280D is published for width 90-140 mm and length 110-300 mm. Sizes inside that range are a tooling and recipe change rather than a different machine, so tell us the exact pouch you sell and we will confirm it against the format set before quoting.
Rated output is 80-100 ppm. Real throughput depends on product, dose size and film, which is why every machine is run on your own product and film rolls during the factory acceptance test before it ships.
Filling capacity is published at 600 ml. Dosing is selected to match the product — auger, volumetric cup, multihead weigher, pump, servo piston or track counter. The BHP series is aimed at brands with many SKUs and short runs, spout-pouch and shaped-pouch products, and anyone whose pouch design is already fixed with a converter.
Minimum order is one set. Lead time depends on product type, order quantity and the current schedule — standard machines run around 45 working days, and customised configurations take longer.
Every machine ships with export voltage, English documentation, installation drawings, a spare-parts kit and remote video commissioning, and carries a one-year warranty with lifetime maintenance and 12-hour online support.
