BVL-420 Vertical Pillow Bag Packing Machine
BVL-420 is specially designed for back-sealing bags and pin-back sealing bags. It is suitable for smaller back-sealing bags. The bag width it can make is 80-200mm and the bag length is 80-300mm. The fastest can reach 80bag/min. It can package salt, chicken essence, white sugar and other granules, as well as water, oil and other liquids, and has a wide range of applications. Heat sealing first, then cold sealing. After two sealings, the airtightness of the bag is ensured.

Who It Is For and What It Solves
The BVL-420 sits in the BVL Pillow Bag VFFS range, rated at 25-60 ppm, with a pouch width of 80-200 mm. It is aimed at snack, rice and grain packers, pet-food producers, and household-chemical lines moving from hand-filled bags to automated VFFS.
Bulk formats live or die on film cost and bag-length accuracy. The BVL frame pairs servo film feed with weigher or volumetric dosing so bag length stays consistent across a shift and film waste at changeover stays low.
