The Ultra-Clean Horizontal Doypack Form Fill Seal Machine is an upgraded version of the BHD series. This equipment is primarily designed to provide fully automated stand-up pouch packaging solutions for yogurt, NFC juice, and other perishable liquid products.
Unlike traditional packaging-sterilization methods, Ultra-Clean aims to control and eliminate harmful bacteria generated during the packaging process (such as bacteria in the film roll, airborne contaminants, etc.) while preserving beneficial bacteria present in the product. This not only effectively extends the product's shelf life but also maximizes the preservation of its taste and nutritional value.
