Shanghai Boevan Packaging Machine Co., Ltd — founded in 2011 and based in Shanghai, China — covers about 12,000 m² and is a National High-Tech Enterprise specialising in the research, development, manufacturing and sales of intelligent flexible-packaging machinery.

Our machines run in automatic pouch packaging lines across food, beverage, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, daily chemicals and health-product industries. To date Boevan equipment has been exported to more than 150 countries and regions worldwide.

About the company

Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?

We are a flexible-packaging equipment manufacturer. Shanghai Boevan was founded in 2011 and runs its own R&D team and its own 12,000 m² factory in Fengxian District, Shanghai.

What kind of products can your machines pack?

Powder, granule, liquid, viscous liquid, solid pieces and tablets, across the food, beverage, chemical and pharmaceutical industries. The dosing system is selected to match the product — auger, cup, multihead weigher, pump, piston or track counter.

Where is your factory and how far is it from the airport?

No. 6818 Daye Road, Fengxian District, Shanghai (Building 10, VanYang Sci-Tech Park). It is about one hour from the airport, and we arrange pick-up and drop-off if you tell us your flight in advance.

What is your standard production lead time?

Lead time depends on product type, order quantity and the current production schedule. Standard machines are usually faster than customised ones — around 45 working days.

How do you control production quality?

Material inspection, process inspection, production monitoring, finished-product testing and a final inspection before shipment. Factory inspection reports are available, and third-party reports such as SGS or CSA can be arranged if you tell the project manager before the order is confirmed.

What after-sales service do you offer?

A one-year warranty with lifetime maintenance, and 12-hour online after-sales support. Local on-site support can be arranged where it is needed.
