Converted pouches tie your cost and your launch date to someone else’s schedule. Roll-film HFFS and VFFS lines move that decision back in house.
Over-fill is invisible per pack and expensive per shift. Auger, piston, weigher and track-counting heads are selected against your actual product, then proven on it before shipment.
When forming and end-of-line come from different suppliers, the seam between them is nobody’s problem. Boevan designs the whole line, so it is ours.
Bag forming, dosing, filling, sealing and end-of-line cartoning are designed together, so there is no gap between two vendors' scopes when something needs adjusting.
