Converted pouches tie your cost and your launch date to someone else’s schedule. Roll-film HFFS and VFFS lines move that decision back in house.
Over-fill is invisible per pack and expensive per shift. Auger, piston, weigher and track-counting heads are selected against your actual product, then proven on it before shipment.
When forming and end-of-line come from different suppliers, the seam between them is nobody’s problem. Boevan designs the whole line, so it is ours.

We are a flexible-packaging equipment manufacturer. Shanghai Boevan was founded in 2011 and runs its own R&D team and its own 12,000 m² factory in Fengxian District, Shanghai.
Powder, granule, liquid, viscous liquid, solid pieces and tablets, across the food, beverage, chemical and pharmaceutical industries. The dosing system is selected to match the product — auger, cup, multihead weigher, pump, piston or track counter.

Lead time depends on product type, order quantity and the current production schedule. Standard machines are usually faster than customised ones — around 45 working days.
Material inspection, process inspection, production monitoring, finished-product testing and a final inspection before shipment. Factory inspection reports are available, and third-party reports such as SGS or CSA can be arranged if you tell the project manager before the order is confirmed.
