Water Wands Questions Buyers Ask
What length are the wands?
The fixed wands are 90 cm. The telescopic models extend from 90 cm to 120 cm. Both figures come from the production specification and are printed on the product pages.
What is the difference between a shower head and a nine pattern head?
A shower head gives one soft rain like pattern and nothing else, which is what most plant customers want. A nine pattern head adds jet, mist, cone and flat settings on a dial for people who also rinse paths and furniture.
Do the wands fit the same connectors as the spray guns?
Yes. The wands use the same inlet as the spray guns, so they clip onto the connectors in our hose fitting family.
How are long products packed for shipping?
On a tie on card, in cartons around 96 cm long for the fixed wands. Exact carton dimensions and pieces per carton are on each product page.
Is the garden shower plumbed in?
No. The garden shower on a spike pushes into the ground and connects to a garden hose, so there is no installation work for the end customer.
