Putting your brand on a watering range is a packaging job and an engineering job at the same time. This is the sequence we run, from the first range review through to the carton that arrives at your port.
The Sequence We Actually Run
Each stage names the problem first and then what we do about it. If a stage does not apply to your programme we say so rather than billing for it.
Range Review
Buyers arrive with a competitor's range and no clear view of which price steps are missing.
We map your target shelf against the 96 models in this catalogue and show where the good better best steps already exist inside one body family.
Sample Approval
Decisions stall because nobody has held the product.
Sample delivery is 30 days. Existing stock samples for models already in production usually move faster, which is often enough for a first range meeting.
Colour and Finish
A house brand looks borrowed when every item is a different colour of green.
Send Pantone references and we confirm what each body will hold. Soft coated, zinc, metal cap and chrome plated finishes give tiering without a new tool.
Packaging and Artwork
Card artwork paid for once has to be redone when a second factory is added.
Blister card, double blister, colour box, tie on card and plastic shrink are all produced here, so one artwork set covers the whole range.
Production
Quality drifts between the approved sample and later runs.
The catalogue is built on shared body geometries that have been in continuous production, so a repeat run is a repeat of an existing tool rather than a new development.
Carton and Loading
Container plans fall apart when the carton data turns out to be approximate.
Carton size, pieces per carton, CBM and net and gross weight are published for every model and are the same numbers we load against.
