Carts and Reels Questions Buyers Ask
Does the reel come with hose?
Most models are supplied without hose and the stated capacity tells you how much 1/2 inch or 13 mm hose they take. The Lego hose reel set is the exception and ships with a 50 ft expandable hose.
How is capacity measured?
Against 1/2 inch or 13 mm hose, which is what we publish on each model. A thicker hose reduces the metres the drum holds, so match the capacity figure to the hose you actually sell.
Which models have a metal frame?
The 100 metre capacity models. They ship in a colour box and their published net weight is roughly double that of the equivalent plastic unit.
How many carts fit in a carton?
Between three and twelve depending on the model. Each product page gives carton size, pieces per carton, CBM and net and gross weight so you can plan a container before you order.
Can these be private labelled?
