Garden watering products are light and bulky, which means the container fills on volume long before it fills on weight. Every planning decision in this category runs through CBM, so we publish it for every model rather than quoting it on request.
The Sequence We Actually Run
Each stage names the problem first and then what we do about it. If a stage does not apply to your programme we say so rather than billing for it.
Range Selection
A range picked purely on price can be impossible to ship economically.
Compare CBM per carton and pieces per carton at range review, not after the order. Both numbers are on every product page.
Mix Calculation
Bulky reels and flat blister cards balance each other badly if guessed.
Fitting cartons run around 0.05 to 0.07 CBM for 240 pieces; reels and carts run 0.07 to 0.109 CBM for three to twelve pieces. Mixing them deliberately is how the container gets filled.
Weight Check
Volume planning ignores weight until the bill arrives.
Net and gross weight are published per carton for every model that has confirmed packing data.
Loading Plan
The plan on paper does not match what the factory actually loads.
Send us your carton mix and we confirm it against the same published figures before production is scheduled.
