500 units MOQ for stock or lightly-customised charger models (logo, colour), 1,000+ for fully custom builds with bespoke port configurations or PD curves. Power banks start at 1,000 units stock spec and 3,000 units for custom logo or colour.
Q.02 · TimelineWhat's the typical lead time?
22–25 days for stock-spec charger models with branding tweaks, 40–45 days for full custom builds requiring new tooling, PCB redesign, or fresh certification work. Power banks run 25–30 days from sample sign-off.
Q.03 · PaymentHow do payments work?
30% T/T deposit on order confirmation, balance against B/L copy. Trade Assurance and L/C terms available on volume orders.
Q.04 · SamplesCan I get samples first?
Yes — sample fee is fully refundable against your first production order. Sample lead time is typically 7–10 days. International courier on your account or ours by agreement.
Q.05 · CertificationsDo you handle regional certifications?
Standard CE / FCC / RoHS / BSCI come on every shipment. We can also support PSE (Japan), KC (Korea), CCC (China), SAA (Australia), and others. Power banks additionally ship with MSDS and UN38.3 documentation.
