Incoming inspection
Every component reel sampled and bench-tested before SMT. PCB substrates, GaN switches, electrolytic caps — all verified against datasheet specs.
Automated optical
Solder joint and component placement scanned post-reflow on every board. Defects caught before through-hole and casing.
8-hour 100% load
Every assembled unit runs at full rated wattage for eight hours. Marginal components fail here, not in your warehouse.
3% sample audit
Pre-shipment AQL audit on 3% of every batch. Cosmetic, electrical, packaging — last gate before pallet wrap. Pass rate > 99.5%.
