White Edge Ficus 120 cm is a white edge ficus model produced at our Huizhou factory with variegated ficus leaves with a cream white margin. The tree is built as light open canopy that lifts dark interiors.
Leaves are moulded and finished with the cream margin in the colouring stage, then assembled on a slim trunk to keep the canopy light and open.
Permanent variegation that never reverts, in positions with no natural light at all.
The Problem It Solves
Green on grey reads as a shadow. In dark schemes a standard ficus adds mass but no visual lift, and live variegated ficus reverts without strong light.

How This Tree Is Made
Six stages on our own floor in Huizhou, from steel shank to sealed carton.
Nail Shank
Steel shanks and wire frames are cut and fixed to form the branch and trunk skeleton that carries the finished canopy.
Slurry
Trunks and branches are coated so the surface takes bark texture and holds the colour applied in the next stage.
Colouring
Trunks, branches and foliage are colour finished by hand against an approved reference so every unit in a batch matches.
Plant In A Pot
The trunk assembly is set into its pot and the base is weighted and finished so the tree stands square.
Assemble
Foliage is fitted branch by branch to the agreed leaf count and the canopy is opened out and shaped.
Package
Each unit is checked, wrapped and packed to the carton specification, then cartons are palletised for the container.
Checks Applied To Every Unit
Raw Material Check
Incoming polyethylene and polyester are checked against the approved material specification before any mould is loaded.
Moulding Inspection
First article leaves and fronds off each mould are checked for vein detail, edge finish and short shot before the run continues.
Colour Match
Coloured components are compared against the approved reference under the same lighting every time so batches do not drift.
Assembly Check
Leaf count, branch layout and trunk alignment are verified against the product specification during assembly.
Factory audit documentation covering production workflow, quality control, labour conditions and environmental measures is available to buyers on request. Third party product certification can be arranged, with testing cost carried by the buyer.
