Component Planning
Leaf and frond moulds, trunk assemblies and pots are scheduled against the forecast before the order lands.
In House Moulding
Leaves and fronds are moulded in our own workshop on our own tooling, which keeps the component supply inside the factory.
Line Assembly
Assembly runs to the locked specification with in process checks at moulding, colour and assembly.
Packing To Buyer Standard
Cartons, labels and barcodes are produced to the buyer's own packing standard.
Third Party Testing
Testing and certification can be arranged on request. Associated costs are carried by the buyer.
