What We Do

We manufacture artificial trees for interior landscaping: olive, queen palm, lemon, ficus, magnolia, camellia, eucalyptus and bread tree, in 38 models from 97 cm to 250 cm.

Our design team has developed a full range of artificial plant products for a well known European retail brand, and we produce both standard models and bespoke designs developed from a customer reference.

Customers are in urban landscaping, theme parks, commercial centres and large event venues, which are the four settings where live planting is hardest to keep alive and hardest to keep consistent.

What Happens Inside The Building

Injection moulding workshop with polyethylene resin and moulded artificial foliage — Injection moulding. Leaves and fronds are moulded here from polyethylene, which is what keeps component supply inside the factory instead of on a purchase order.

Steel mould tooling racked in the MG TREE mould store — The mould store. We own the tooling for every leaf form in the range, so a specification approved this year can be repeated years later.

Equipment on site includes mould making equipment, engraving machines, 3D printers, glass fibre winding machines, painting equipment and electrostatic painting equipment.

Production

The Six Stages Every Tree Passes Through

STAGE 1

Nail Shank

Steel shanks and wire frames are cut and fixed to form the branch and trunk skeleton that carries the finished canopy.

STAGE 2

Slurry

Trunks and branches are coated so the surface takes bark texture and holds the colour applied in the next stage.

STAGE 3

Colouring

Trunks, branches and foliage are colour finished by hand against an approved reference so every unit in a batch matches.

STAGE 4

Plant In A Pot

The trunk assembly is set into its pot and the base is weighted and finished so the tree stands square.

STAGE 5

Assemble

Foliage is fitted branch by branch to the agreed leaf count and the canopy is opened out and shaped.

STAGE 6

Package

Each unit is checked, wrapped and packed to the carton specification, then cartons are palletised for the container.

Quality And Compliance

How We Hold A Specification

CHECK 1

Raw Material Check

Incoming polyethylene and polyester are checked against the approved material specification before any mould is loaded.

CHECK 2

Moulding Inspection

First article leaves and fronds off each mould are checked for vein detail, edge finish and short shot before the run continues.

CHECK 3

Colour Match

Coloured components are compared against the approved reference under the same lighting every time so batches do not drift.

Assembly Check

Leaf count, branch layout and trunk alignment are verified against the product specification during assembly.

Pot and Stability Check

Every potted unit is stood and pushed to confirm the weighted base holds the tree upright.

CHECK 6

Packing Check

Carton dimensions, pieces per carton and labelling are verified against the packing specification before sealing.

Factory Audits

Our cooperating facilities hold factory inspection reports covering production workflow, quality control systems, labour conditions and environmental measures. Documentation is available to buyers on request.

Product Certification

Raw materials are reviewed against internal compliance standards, and we inspect material durability, component safety, visual simulation and structural stability. Official third party certification is arranged on request, with testing cost carried by the buyer.
