Each stage produces something you can check: a sample, a written specification, a carton figure or an inspection record.
Brief And Reference
Send a photograph, a sample or a drawing with the finished height and the look you need. Reference images of a real plant work best.
Mould Assessment
We confirm whether an existing leaf or frond mould matches the reference, or whether a new mould has to be cut.
Sample
A first sample is built to the agreed leaf count and colour reference and photographed for approval before anything else happens.
Colour And Finish
Colour is matched against your approved reference and recorded so later production repeats it.
Pre Production Approval
A pre production unit is approved in writing. That unit becomes the standard the run is checked against.
Production
The approved specification is released to the floor with the leaf count, colour reference and packing specification attached.
