Frequently Asked Questions
What roll width can the machines take?
The working width is configured rather than fixed, so tell us the width you actually buy. Most converters are better off buying the mill's standard width and adding a slitter than paying a mill for custom widths with minimum quantities attached.
Does honeycomb paper really replace bubble wrap?
For most wrapping applications, yes. Expanded honeycomb provides cushioning depth through its cell structure and grips the object as it wraps. Where it does not match plastic is in moisture resistance, so a product that must stay dry needs a separate barrier regardless of which cushioning is used.
How quickly does a machine pay for itself?
That depends on your cushioning spend and we will not invent a figure. The arithmetic is straightforward: your current spend on bought cushioning, minus the kraft paper the same volume would cost, gives the annual saving to set against the machine. Tell us your monthly consumption and we will work it through with you.
Are the machines CE certified?
The factory has been CE certified since 2006 and ISO 9001 certified since 2005. Ask for copies of both before ordering, and check that the certificate scope covers the specific machine you are buying rather than the company in general.
