Wenzhou Snda Machinery has built paper converting machinery in Ruian, Zhejiang for over twenty years. The company was ISO 9001 certified in 2005 and CE certified in 2006, and now publishes twenty machine models across seven product lines.
The business exists because of a shift that is still under way. Plastic is being designed out of packaging specifications, and the operations that have to replace it fall into a pattern: they discover that bought-in paper cushioning costs margin, that supply is not under their control, and that surfaces still arrive scratched if the wrong format is used.
Our answer is the machine rather than the material. Twenty models across seven lines let a buyer convert plain kraft on their own floor, in the format their application actually needs, at the volume they actually use. The factory publishes photographs of machines at customer sites and exhibitions, though client names are not published.
