No daylight means no live tree. Artificial foliage does not care where it stands, so the scheme the designer drew is the scheme that gets built.

Live specimens vary plant to plant. Our models are built to a fixed leaf count and a recorded colour reference, so twenty venues receive twenty matching trees.
Freight
Assembled trees ship mostly air. Knock down construction puts a 250 cm palm into a 140 cm carton, and the carton data is published before you order.

Six Stages From Steel Shank To Sealed Carton
Nail Shank
Steel shanks and wire frames are cut and fixed to form the branch and trunk skeleton that carries the finished canopy.
Slurry
Trunks and branches are coated so the surface takes bark texture and holds the colour applied in the next stage.
Colouring
Trunks, branches and foliage are colour finished by hand against an approved reference so every unit in a batch matches.
Plant In A Pot
The trunk assembly is set into its pot and the base is weighted and finished so the tree stands square.
Assemble
Foliage is fitted branch by branch to the agreed leaf count and the canopy is opened out and shaped.
Package
Each unit is checked, wrapped and packed to the carton specification, then cartons are palletised for the container.
