What the Factory Commits To
- Production typically 20 to 30 days after colour and quantity approval
- Monthly capacity published per model, for example 30000 sets or 50000 pieces
- Packing: Each piece in a poly bag, packed by the carton; steel bars packed separately.
- Payment: T/T, L/C, D/A, D/P or Western Union.
- Certification: ISO 9001 quality system, with SGS and BV reports on product ranges.

Yes, as long as each model reaches its own minimum order.
Will models still be available next year?
Numbered families such as the P9000 handles and the ZH and ZA hardware series are long running and can be reordered.
Can you supply photography for my catalogue?
Product photographs can be provided for the models you stock. Ask on WhatsApp with your model list.
Do you print our brand on the packaging?
Yes. Own brand poly bags and carton printing are available.
