How Orders Normally Run
Ordering
- Minimums commonly 100 sets or 1000 pieces depending on model
- Trial orders accepted so a market can be tested
- Plastic samples free of charge, freight credited against a following order
Production and Shipping
- Delivery typically 20 to 30 days after approval
- Capacity published per model, for example 30000 sets or 50000 pieces per month
- Packing: Each piece in a poly bag, packed by the carton; steel bars packed separately.
- Payment: T/T, L/C, D/A, D/P or Western Union.

How large is the factory?
Between 100 and 200 staff, with a plant area recorded as over 2000 square metres and 90 per cent or more of output exported.
What production equipment is on site?
Twenty injection machines from 160 g to 500 g shot weight, two vacuum metallizing and coating lines, plus die casting, polishing and plating for the metal ranges.
What certification do you hold?
An ISO 9001 quality system covering the manufacture of plastic products such as coffin handles, corners and crucifixes, plus SGS and BV reports referenced on product ranges.
Can I visit the factory?
Yes. The plant is in JiaShan, Zhejiang, about an hour from Shanghai. Arrange a visit on WhatsApp so someone is available to receive you.
